Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Electrician Laborers for projects located in Minden, LA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $15-20/hour based on experience and skill level.

Job Scope:

• Assist in the installation of conduit and electrical components into buildings

• Perform multiple routine or semi-complex tasks with limited exercise of judgment

• Perform duties under moderate supervision

• Assist more advanced employees in mid-level work for development and training

• Bend and cut various conduit per blueprint specification using appropriate tools

• Mount electrical boxes, fixtures and enclosures

• Pull wire through conduit and makes ground connections

• Reads blueprints to determine placement of wire

• Install and cover receptacles and switches

Requirements

• Must demonstrate basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure

• Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read blueprints and be able to communicate effectively both oral and written
